To tighten COVID-19 prevention and control, adopt the principle of early detection, reporting, quarantine and treatment, effectively curb the spread of the virus, and protect the health and safety of residents, all retail pharmacies in Suzhou will suspend sale of antibiotics, antifebriles, antiviral and cough drugs. This notice hereby specifies the followings:

1. All retail pharmacies in Suzhou will suspend sale of antibiotics, antifebriles, antiviral and cough drugs (hereinafter referred to as "the four kinds of drugs") and remove relevant drugs off shelves starting today. All retail pharmacies in the city will suspend sale of "the four kinds of drugs" on medicine-vending machines and online platforms (including such third-party platforms as Tmall, JD, Meituan, Ele.me, etc. as well as their own websites and mini-programs).

2. Retail pharmacies that continue the sale of "the four kinds of drugs" as from today will be closed and subject to rectification by market supervision departments. Those who refuse to suspend the sale and cause consequences will be pursued for legal liability in accordance with the law.

3. Residents can report via 12345 hotline or other ways should they find any retail pharmacies that fail to implement the sale suspension of "the four kinds of drugs".

4. Should there be any symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal discharge, dry cough, fatigue, reduced sense of smell (or taste), diarrhea etc., residents in Suzhou should seek medical treatment at a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible and inform medical staff of the travel and contact history over the past 14 days. Please keep face masks on and avoid using public transport when seeking treatment.

5. The sale suspension of "the four kinds of drugs" in retail pharmacies in Suzhou shall not be lifted unless official notice is announced in due course.

全市の薬局で解熱、咳止め、抗ウイルス、抗生物質薬品の一時販売停止に関する通達

現在、新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎感染の予防・抑制情勢が厳しく複雑であり、緊張感を持ち厳格に予防・抑制業務を行い、「早期発見、早期報告、早期隔離、早期治療」という「四早」の対策を徹底的に実行し、感染の蔓延を効果的に阻止し、市民の健康と命の安全を確実に保障するため、研究の結果、解熱、咳き止め、抗ウイルス、抗生物質の4種類の薬品の販売を一時停止することを決定した。関連事項を以下のように通達する。

一、通達が発表する日から、市内の全ての薬局は解熱、咳止め、抗ウイルス、抗生物質の4種類の薬品（以下「4種類の薬品」という）の販売を停止し、関連の薬品を棚から撤去する。全ての薬局は自動販売機（薬）、インターネットプラットフォーム（天猫(テンマオ）、京東、美団（メイトゥアン）、饿了么(ウーラマ)などの第三者プラットフォームおよび自社構築のWebサイト、ミニプログラムなどを含む）で「4種類の薬品」の販売を一時停止する。

二、本日から、「4種類の薬品」を続けて販売する薬局に対し、市場監督管理部門より営業停止・改善の命令を出す。薬局が販売一時停止の要求を実行しないで、結果をもたらした場合、法律に基づいて法的責任が追及される。

三、市民は薬局が規定に違反して販売する状況を発見した場合、12345ホットラインなどを通じて告発できる。

四、市民が発熱、頭痛、鼻水、空咳、倦怠感、嗅覚（味覚）の減退、下痢などの症状が出た場合、直ちに最寄りの発熱外来を受診し、自主的に14日間の活動歴と接触歴を伝えてください。病院に行く途中、マスクを着用し、公共交通機関の利用を避けてください。

五、薬局で「4種類の薬品」の販売再開の時期は別途通知する。
