Beijing Yingke (Kunshan) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Yingke Kunshan”) was approved for establishment by the Department of Justice of Jiangsu Province in February 2019. As a branch of Beijing Yingke Law Firm, it is the 57th office established by Yingke on the Chinese mainland.

In September 2023, the number of registered practicing lawyers at Yingke Kunshan exceeded 100, making it the first “100-lawyer firm” in Kunshan, the sixth in Suzhou, and the 33rd in Jiangsu Province. It is also the first county-level “100-lawyer law firm” in China.

Yingke Kunshan provides comprehensive legal services in cross-border investment, international trade and maritime affairs, finance and capital markets, intellectual property and data compliance, and foreign-related dispute resolution.
