To strengthen the city’s epidemic prevention and control efforts, the followings are hereby specified as per Emergency Notice on Properly Changing the Colour of Jiangsu Health Code for People with a Travel History to Nanjing Lukou International Airport:

1. Those with a travel history to Nanjing Lukou International Airport or locations regarded as medium-risk or high-risk areas in Nanjing since July 10 should be subject to the strict management requirements of “Jiangsu Health Code (yellow code)” holders. 

2. For those who have finished medical quarantine and tested negative for COVID-19 three times in a week, their health code will be automatically changed back to green. Those whose health codes remain unchanged can turn to local communities to review travel history and change the colour back. 

3. Yellow health code holders without a travel history to Nanjing Lukou International Airport or medium-risk or high-risk areas can turn to local communities to change the colour of their health code provided they can make a commitment and submit two negative nucleic acid test results as per requirements (the two tests should be at least 24 hours apart).

4. For those who can’t submit nucleic acid test results because they have taken the group testing organized by their employers, they can contact their local communities to change the colour with the certificates provided by their employers.
